I do like it. Really nice feel and the graphics are not too bad either Certainly a jump up from the older version.

Really? You wouldn't stop complaining about the gfx being "sh*t" on vent! I am really loving it. You can't just slam your foot on the brakes like on lfs. You really have to be a lot more careful. Feels a bit like Iracing in that sense. This feels like a proper hardcore sim racer. I am seriously considering buying this!

Looks impressive! What car is that anyway?

I have done some editing to the FF1600 engine sound as you might have seen from my lfsforum post and rsc thread. I spent most of the night and morning working on it. It isn't perfect and I am still playing around with different samples. I think it is an improvement on the original, but it might not be everyone's cup of tea. I have made another one which sounds even better but I think it would suit a more powerful car better so I am going to wait to get a license and try it out before just releasing it for the FF1600 aswell.

Be warned, there apparently is a bug in multiplayer which means that all the engine sounds on other cars sound like they do from cockpit view and are always the same volume no matter where they are. The starter, backfire and trans sounds all work fine online but the engines sounds don't. So if you are going to try them, keep to single player. You can keep the starter, backfire and trans sounds for online play though. If this is a bug I hope it is fixed soon.
